POM & CHIHUAHUA:   2 dogs, one white (chihuahua) and one black/tan (pom), possibly found @ 656 Terrace,  Petfinder ID # PF4398 and PF30667,  not certain where dogs are located, Contact Humane Society of the US at 1-800-HUMANE-1.	#40 POM:  Male, tan, purple collar, Found @1622 Clouet Street, Owner has been located and has been trying to retrieve dog from PETA shelter in Norfolk, VA since October without success.
