A GREAT blog that lists MANY resources for locating lost pets.  It is a comprehensive listing of nationwide shelters and individuals fostering Katrina pets and contains many links to aid in the search.

Looking for a missing Cocker Spaniel or Cocker Spaniel Mix?  Check out this website for a centralized list of Katrina Cockers.  GREAT site and resource.

Website that lists thousands of rescued pets, many with photos and location information. Search by pet type, breed, sex and more!

Picturelinks Checklist

This webpage provides a listing of shelters that have photos of Katrina pets on their websites.

ASPCA Hurricane Page

ASPCA link to many resources for help, including a "Shelters Fostering Rescued Animals" list in Adobe format and information on reunification grants to transport pets back home.

Find Katrina Pets Shelter List

This website has a VERY comprehensive listing of shelters housing Katrina pets.  The shelters are categorized by state and have links and contact information.

Volunteer group seeking to reunite owners with their lost pets.  This blog contains helpful information to assist pet owners in recovering their lost pets.

Searchable database that combines information from several shelters to aid in the search for lost pets.  Enter as much or as little information as you wish to search the database.

Spirit's Moms Photo Sets

Excellent page compiled by a volunteer.  Shows photos from dozens and dozens of shelters that took Katrina pets.  A MUST SEE!!

Unbelievable photo site with thousands of photos of rescued pets!  Created by a dedicated volunteer.  Definitely check this site if you are looking for a lost hurricane pet.

Remote Reunion Campaign

Website showcasing "Lost in System" pets.  Please look at these missing pets and notify the owners of the site if you know the whereabouts of any of these pets.  Their families are still actively searching for them and any help from the public in locating them would be greatly appreciated.
